Stunning lake and mountain views from balcony and room. Renovated rooms with excellent breakfast overlooking the lake. Convenient parking with internal access. Upgraded to a suite without extra cost. Delicious dinner and helpful staff arranging castle tickets.

What a great place! We arrived via train to Fussen and were delighted when we called the hotel and they offered a free car service from the station. It is about a 15 minute drive from the station and about 10 minutes to the castles. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view of Lake Hopfensee was incredible! There were a few restaurants on the main road. We only stayed one night but imagine this is a great place to spend a few days just hanging out on the lake and checking out the town of Fussen. The room itself was very well appointed and brand new. Breakfast was good, not great, but satisfactory.

Bring your own toiletries - they only have body soap. Also, there was no where in the shower to put your stuff, no shelf.

We liked the hotel_The staff was very friendly, we had dinner at the hotel, the waiter helped us with the menu as we could not read the language - the meal was very good (large portions) and the staff took it upon them selves to hold back my daughter-in-law's dinner when she had to got back to the room to feed the baby then brought it out shortly after she returned, the rooms were good and the beds were comfortable

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing - so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide range of delicious options. The room was modern, spacious, and had a lovely balcony with a partial lake view. The bed and pillow were surprisingly comfortable. We loved being able to rent bikes from the hotel to explore the beautiful surroundings, and the location was perfect - quiet yet close to the charming city and many attractions. The spa area was a wonderful bonus, and the free wifi was much appreciated.

Our stay in a hotel apartment was very pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a huge balcony and furniture overlooking the lake. A good breakfast.

Apartments are not supplied with kettles or pans so are used as hotel rooms not as serviced apartments.

Had a great time at this hotel overlooking a peaceful lake. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and tasty dinner. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was a bit dated and located near a busy road, which resulted in some noise. However, it didn't affect our sleep quality.

As business traveller the WI FI connection and speed was very poor making it almost impossible to check emails etc.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel near the beautiful lake. The location was perfect, right on the shore of the lake with stunning views. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and a terrace where I could sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff at the reception desk were especially friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa and wellness center here were amazing, with a variety of treatments and facilities such as the sauna and swimming pool. I had a fantastic massage and the spa lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food, and the bar was the perfect place to unwind. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel with a stunning view. The location was right on the lake and had amazing transportation options to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.

Magnificent location, the lake and mountains make this a very picturesque location, and when added with the high standard for the hotel made our stay particularly enjoyable.

The lake facing room had an excellent view. The staff were friendly. However our stay was spoilt by the breakfast experience (see below).

The breakfast was one of the worst. We sat down at 9.30 and there was little food available. No hot food (eggs and sausages), no meats and little cheese. This hotel caters for large groups who clearly had just departed the restaurant. Some food was produced and promptly cleared at 10 am. Bad start to the day!

The location was absolutely stunning with jaw-dropping views over the lake and Bavarian Alps. The suite was well-furnished, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a luxurious spa bath. The staff was extremely competent and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide selection and even offered freshly squeezed juice. it was a super romantic and memorable stay for our anniversary celebration.

Big rooms, modern furniture, balkony

Not much natural light in the room. The scrambled eggs not so tasty and there was no egg cups for 3min boiled eggs.

As backpackers, we loved the beautiful lake view from our spacious and clean room. The free spa and sauna areas were a definite highlight for us. The hotel has two restaurants, Italian and German, offering a variety of dining options. The breakfast spread was lovely, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Being close to Füssen and Neuschwantein Castle was a bonus, as we were able to explore the area conveniently.

We felt very much at home and had no complaints at all.
